All of the teachers and classes have changed my life for the better over the last 2 years. Also Ashton is the best. Thank you for having such a positive and inclusive environment for me to practice.

I do lots of different workouts and really enjoy the classes here. Great instructors, well organized space, great sound system. I appreciate the thought and care that goes into the space. I appreciate large restroom for women w showers, amenities. Always leave feeling energized, relaxed, and very happy having done something really good for my mind, body, and spirit.

This is my new favorite place for a good workout. So far all of the instructors are great. Wednesday nights at Jons sculpt class is always fire. His Sunday morning class is church. I gain a lot from every class. Kalaka has great jokes to help get through some of the challenging exercises. I'm very excited that Marianne is now teaching sculpt as well. I love the access to showers and all of the amazing people I am meeting here. I absolutely recommend this yoga club.
