The workers were very professional. It was my first time and I was nervous but they understood and were very patient. The price point is good and my tan held up for a week. The storefront is clean and I felt comfortable. I'll be going back again soon.

This salon is amazing, everyone here is incredibly friendly and accommodating. All the employees work extremely hard to make sure all customers are helped in a timely manner. There's never pressure to upsell things like some of the other establishments in town. When you come here you are supporting a highly reputable local business and never experience unfriendly corporate vibes. I will continue to remain a loyal customer as long as I reside in Chico! I love the vibe at tropical zone; it’s super chill, there’s no pressure to buy anything like *ahem* other places in town. The staff is friendly and great at making recommendations when you ask for them. Not to mention, they have the best month to month prices and plans so you don’t have to pay a ton for single sessions. And I love the boutique! Just a cherry on top!
