I had an issue with my roof this morning. I called. They returned my call promptly scheduled an appointment for 3 o’clock, but actually called back and said they would be here within the hour. These guys were helpful, professional, kind, and courteous. I would definitely recommend these guys.

This company did our roof replacement about 10 years ago and did a great job for a good price. Yesterday, we noticed a small worrisome spot on the hallway ceiling and called to see if they could come out next week to take a look and diagnose the problem. The roof is out of warranty, of course, but since the first day of a series of heavy rain just started---they got here today, identified a seal that needed touch up, and touched up all the roof vent seals for good measure, in less than thirty minutes. Total pros and the two workman were very nice. Can't ask for more and now they are top of our list for a planned bathroom remodel project.

This could well be the best purchase I have ever made. At least it is the most satisfying. I guarantee that you will not find a more professional roofing company anywhere. My previous wood shake roof was installed well over 20 years ago. I knew I had to replace it because of its age, summer fires and neighbors celebrating the 4th of July with increasingly closer and dangerous fireworks, but I loved the wood shake appearance. RRR had experience installing a safe composite with the appearance of wood shake manufactured by a company called Brava Roof Tile, so I chose them to install it. RRR knew exactly what to do at each step of the way. The old roof was gone in a day and they installed an underlayment in a little more than one more day. The underlayment is a roof in itself which seals nails or screws when the composite shingles are put in. RRR noticed that my garage roof was sagging and installed supports to correct the problem. What a difference! Winter weather hampered the installation of the shingles, but the main house was still done in no time. There was a delay in starting my shed out back, again because of weather and while awaiting parts. Everything is finished now. They cut all of my roof pipes to the same length, installed well hidden vents for hot air to exit the attic, and painted everything to blend in with the roof. It looks classy enough that I could hold a banquet up there. This roof has the fire resistance of concrete, whereas my old roof had the fire resistance of wood kindling. You can't imagine how much safer I feel now and yet I still have the wood shake appearance that I love. This type of roof is expensive but in order to protect your family and your home as well as increase the home's value, you should consider it.
