I have been going to Dr. Johnson’s office for the past 3 years and just recently I have been there several times for different procedures. I will say that I am so so impressed with the care, compassion and customer service from the team! Every time I come into the office, I am met with 2-3 friendly smiles and immediately taken back to get started. I have had fairly difficult procedures as a child and I will say that my experience here has made the dentist feel a lot less scary. 3 cavity fillings,1 root canal and 2 cleanings- all were quick and painless. I’m very happy with my experience! The office staff is very friendly, and the dental hygienist was fantastic! I got to meet the dentist, Gary Johnson, and I feel like I’m in good hands! I’m excited to have a dentist in Chico that I feel comfortable with!

They are a wonderful dentist office. When I make an appointment they fit me in quickly. Service is friendly and courteous. The dentist took time and listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. Thank you so much for making my dentist appointments feel comfortable.
