I wasn't able to lift my hand above my shoulder or turn my neck very much. I was certain my shoulder would need surgery and was desperate for some relief. I have never thought much about acupuncture. I had nothing against it, just never interested. My pain and limited range of motion had me grasping at straws for relief. Adrian was able to get me in that morning. I wasn't expecting miracles or even anything substantial to happen. after the first session I was able to lift my hand over my head! It was still hurt, but I could lift my arm up again! I'm still being treated, but I can now turn my head without pain and my shoulder is improving every week.
