Caitlin is absolutely amazing. I am so happy I went to Prana Endura. I am dealing with a back injury, which has been hurting for a few years. Caitlin not only provided an expert massage, but also explained to me how the injury is causing the other issues I am dealing with, and explained the anatomy to me, in very easy terms so I was able to understand how this all interconnects. She then recommended stretches that would help me open up and correct the issues this injury has caused. I wholeheartedly recommend Caitlin and am excited to see what the next few sessions bring.

I don't know what the other reviews are saying that are negative but this place is welcoming relaxing and great. I tried another local person in Chico but like most massage people she is fake and toxic. This place though was EXACTLY what I was after. Thank you!

Best body work available. I have become a regular client due to the fantastic results. Caitlin can find the tight spots and help me recover from spinal surgery and stiff muscles. Very professional and friendly. Make an appointment on the web site. It works really well.
