Allie and Casie are super sweet and attentive! So thankful I found Yellowstone dentistry, My son has anxiety but he was very comfortable during his cleaning!
I have really bad dental anxiety and hadn’t been in years. I was terrified and honestly very embarrassed. I started crying the moment I sat in the chair. Allie the dental assistant was incredible, so kind, calming, and never once made me feel judged.
Even while waiting, I could hear Dr. Lim talking with another patient and could tell how genuine he is with his patients. Best dental office in Chico! My experience was great. Everything about my appointment was on point. Clean & beautiful office. Everyone had top notch customer service skills & were very professional. Casey was nice & welcoming. Dr. Lim is very charming and I immediately felt like I was in good hands. His assistant Maddie was the best and Kerri who did my cleaning was super awesome too. Thanks for the wonderful service!
