Ampla Health Chico Xpress Care

The automated calling service SUCKS! It is almost impossible to get someone on the phone ever since they switched to automated services please switch back to real people answering the phones! Otherwise Dr. Singh was amazing we miss him dearly! And Jason and Lupe Are my favorite people to see! Always so friendly so warm and inviting! Dr Steve K is the man and he’s changed my life, love him too! Most of the medical assistants are really nice for the most part too. But for the love of god please get rid of the damn automated answering service!!

I have never had a bad experience in the 3 years I have been a patient at the Chico Ampla. My counselor Jason always makes the experience less stressful, takes the time to answer my questions, and has been extremely flexible with my scheduling issues. I know that if I ever have a question or concern I can call Jason and he will help me with a resolution.
