I didn’t realize how much I needed this until it became a monthly routine. Taking this time for myself helps me reset and feel refreshed for the month ahead. If you work out or have a high-movement job, this is the place to go. Julie has magic hands and a great personality—she’s so good, I always drift off! Highly recommend! She’s also the best mom ever, as she based her career to spoil her kids!
