The class moves at a fast pace, but it’s very approachable since each workout offers both regressions and progressions, making it accessible no matter where you’re starting from. On top of that, the community is incredibly welcoming and supportive. Highly recommend!“

2708 Willow Pass Rd, Concord“Came here for my first Bootcamp class via ClassPass. When I arrived, I wasn't sure if the place was actually open for business because it was boarded up on the windows. With reassurance from the owner (whose phone number was on Google), it was indeed open for business, I was excited to get moving for my Friday workout. I was introduced to the owner and other people who showed up for the class and I could tell they were regulars. The place looked pretty legit as you know I love legit gyms :-) I was asked to disinfect the bottom of my shoes as street shoes aren't allowed on the floor, since we laid on them for floor workouts. That made me feel better because I ain't tryna rest my head on a floor where people before me don't know where to walk sometimes and you don't know where they come from ahem, SF CITY STREETS!!! This was my first Bootcamp class in a long while so I was pretty thankful that Virgil (owner and trainer) allowed me to modify my workouts. It was a damn good sweat and I had great energy the rest of the day.“

I have gone to several gyms, personal trainers and boot camps in the past and nothing compares to the professional training level here. In the first four months I am stronger, leaner, and happier. My back and core are stable and my posture is awesome. I am amazed, the muscle and skeletal knowledge Yesenia and Dean have imparted will take me farther than I dreamed possible. I can't recommend them enough and can't wait until my next workout!“

He’s helped deliver the desired results I was looking for, which were weight loss, better endurance and more strength. Mac listens to my needs and any concerns then constructs a plan to achieve the results. I have lower back pain and certain activities, like running which I love, becomes harder the older I get. Mac’s put together a plan which includes strength and flexibility training to address my lower back. He’s been a tremendous help and helped alleviate much of my discomfort. He’s also helped me keep the weight off, which makes me feel good. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Mac to my friends and family.“

Marley is a former gymnast who understands what is required to regain strength and prevent further injuries. She is upbeat, positive, and works great with kids!
