The facility is pretty nice but don’t bother trying to get any help from the staff. I don’t know how many times now I have emailed, called, and went in person to try tonight answers to questions we have. I just get promised a call back when we phone or stop by in person. For the amount they charge for a membership you’d think they were a little more helpful.
They have plenty of machines, the renovations they did a couple years ago are great however they really need to keep up with their cleaning. The floors are absolutely disgusting, today I’ve see a few tissues across the gym floor, really stained floors, do they ever mop it? And the showers are dirty. For the price tag they should have around the clock cleaning while members are working out just like lifetime!
Value has been declining overtime as they’ve been taking aggressive price increases annually or more often as their investor KKR is trying to maximize profits. Private equity and Customer Service don’t seem to go well together. Lack hospitality and Customer Service values at the senior levels. Front desk and floor staff are all excellent and doing the best they can with limited resources.
