Fitness 19 (American Canyon) has been my go to since moving into the area. I was welcomed with great energy and communicated with positively. I love the gym and I am glad to call it my second home! Thanks Fit19, you guys/gals are awesome!

The locker rooms could use a facelift and the men’s sauna has not worked for sometime now. Otherwise, it’s a nice Health Club with lots to do inside. I definitely would recommend. Also very friendly personnel.

Everyone has been very helpful. The place is clean, people are trained to sanitize equipt when they are done. It’s really busy in the afternoons 4-6 ish but there is always something to do. The Zumba classes are super fun, and I even got a personal trainer to keep me on track (I feel held accountable and actually USE the gym because I know I have someone there to help me be the best I can be and that makes sure I’m doing things properly- if u don’t show, I eat that money) There is a tanning bed, hydro massage table and red light treatment available too!
