I had an alarm system installed in my new house in Kamloops and the technician who came was very thoughtful and explained to me how to use my system as well as how to use the app to disarm my system.
We went to River City to have a small vanity counter top (& sink) made ~ the whole experience was great from start to finish ~ from being promptly greeted by Hallie the second we walked in the door & the boss lady Sarah covering every single detail ~
(bringing our faucet in to measure for the correct hole cutout ~ asking where the counter would be situated so it was polished correctly)
Turn around time was less than 2 weeks ?

I have to say we were very happy with our PTP home inspection. Cliff is a true professional who spent a lot of time thoroughly inspecting our new home. I had an amazing experience here. My stylist (Gemma) was phenomenal, and the service was great. Pricing is on par with Tommy guns, but the whole interaction was better than other haircuts I've had at other shops. They also provided some tips on how to style my hair as well.

Gino is from a different generation of barbers. He is not everyone's cup of tea but I have had no complaints about his work. I too am old school and Gino reminds me of a time when you got to know your barber, much like your doctor. He gets to know you too and will take the time to communicate, given the chance. His shop is reminiscent of a time when it was a "man's only" place. You as a father, would introduce your son to him and begin to cultivate the next generation of men. This is a dying art and culture and like I said at the beginning, its not everyone's cup of tea. So, if you want a good, standard haircut befitting an upstanding young man, Gino is the guy to cut your hair. If you are wanting something other than that, try somewhere else. I get my brows done every so often and love when I get to be pampered — Carlee really took the time to make sure everything looked perfect. I was in front of the hair salon diesel truck running Kelsey. The owner came out with a smile on her face, and very politely asked if we could shut the truck off because the exhaust was coming into her salon. I commented on her smile, went inside to say thank you and from there we started out as a little trim became a proper haircut full shampoo and all I can say is I am just absolutely elated with her service.
A great store to have in Kamloops, they specialize in Black hair and styling supplies. Have had to make the run to 4 strands several times for my partner as they were the only retailer with the items we wanted. The owner and staff have always been friendly and extremely helpful with my questions. Do yourself a favour and check them out.

I’ve been going to LDV maybe once a month for massages and they are always top notch, usually there’s some back and forth on pressure and trouble spots but today with my masseuse Shaylin (hope I spelled that correctly) it seems like she just understood and locked in. Pressure was perfect, technique was stellar and I’m fairly certain I fell asleep a couple times due to how relaxed I was.
Once I came back down to earth, this review was a must. 10/10
I have been bringing my mom for a few years now. I take her to see Laura every time and have to say that Laura is just so patient and attentive with my mom (who has dementia) and she also does an absolute beautiful job with nail art as well! My mom has had a few issues that have come up while there, but the staff are so understanding and super all around. Thank you Laura and Ladies for everything!

I have never had my lashes done so, this was the first time and Sierra did such an amazing job! I left feeling amazing and could not stop staring at my new lashes. She is so precise, talented, and able to really figure out what suits your face the best. Sierra is also so kind and her studio is very neat, tidy, and cozy. It works perfectly for me going straight there after night shifts to get my lashes done and a nap LOL!

Her studio was very clean and she had everything all ready for me to start my course.
She's very knowledgeable in the stuff she was teaching, and is passionate about teaching everything she has learned from being in the industry for so long. And making sure we are getting everything she has to offer during the course.
I was instantly blown away when her work displayed what she was teaching, the color match on both my models matched perfectly to a T. She takes pride in her work. And wants to help other artists achieve that confidence within their careers.
She is very easy to get along with, a great communicator, a great teacher and overall just a great women!

I had my 2nd lobes pierced at Pirate Palace with piercer Angel. She was so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable and confident in her abilities.
She took the time to check the placement for my second piercings as my 1st piercing from when i was 8 years old are a little wonky on one side, she lined them up perfectly and explained the procedure in detail as she went along. She didn’t rush any part of the process. And listened when i explained that I'm squeamish around blood,(thankfully lobes don't bleed too much) You can really tell she is passionate about client comfort, and high standards of practice.
I’m beyond happy with how my piercing turned out and would 100% book another appointment with her in the future. Highly recommend Angel to anyone looking for a professional and positive piercing experience!

After realizing installing floors ourselves was way above our capabilities, the team at Complete Floors was able to save the day by scheduling us right away to have our flooring installed before Christmas. Not only did they manage to squeeze us in for the last minute install, but they were also able to align the costs with our tight budget. Within a week they had all the materials ordered, delivered and ready for install. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to order new flooring or who requires an install.
Pavs was an amazing company to deal with. We had problems with our septic lines freezing. They did the original work 10 years ago and still backed up their warranty replacing the lines, bringing in proper fill and insulation and correcting the installation so that everything would work as it should. Always helpful with our pets. We have been going here for 20 years. They got my dog in quickly and the appointment was on time with very little wait time. They always have helpful advice.
Excellent care and kind, knowledgeable staff. Coffee and tea offered in the waiting area. Lots of parking. The place is clean and tidy with a large washroom available.
I was so impressed at how gentle in speach and touch Leila was, which kept my young persian cat Sheba calm during her first grooming. I was leary of entrusting my precious cat to a stranger, but after watching her carefully trim her nails, thoroughly eliminate all of her matts and comb out her thick fur in a display of skill that can only be built by strong education and years of experience, my apprehension was replaced by pure trust. I will definitely be taking Sheba back exclusively to Precious Pets.
Absolutely amazing people! My puppy is not a fan of new people but was very happy when I got there ( I could see her before she saw me) they listened to what I wanted for her look and achieved it perfectly. Most important all dogs and people seemed happy it was a very positive experience. Won’t go anywhere else!
Our rescue pup absolutely loves Roving K9 Kare! They have been so amazing and accommodating with our rescue baby and he is absolutely obsessed with going. They have been able to do his nails trims with ease when even our vet couldn’t get them done. Whenever we drop our pup off he runs up the stairs to see all his doggo friends ?❤️ would definitely recommend!
Tanja does a great job on the dogs we bring in and is always receptive to the needs of both the pet and the owner. Recommended.
We have a Great Pyrenees and she loves to come to Tameeka. Tameeka always does a wonderful job. We are new to grooming a dog and are so lucky to have found Tameeka. She is very loving and caring and Phoebe is so happy when we pick her up after a day at the spa.

Carley is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. I have tried nearly a dozen other massage therapists in town and I won't ever go anywhere else. If you are looking for a deep tissue massage that gets the job done yet somehow still feels relaxing enough to get you falling asleep, this is your lady.

I’ve found all the practitioners at movement mechanics to be exceptional. I have seen Mitch for a shoulder injury and Sarah B and Hailey for massage. All 3 have been attentive to my injuries and have provided effective treatment to get me back on track. Would highly recommend seeing any of them!
