I booked two hours for a scalp spa and a pedicure. The scalp spa was really lovely and relaxing. Oliva did a wonderful job taking care of my post partum hair. The stone message portion of my pedicure was good. I only gave 4 stars because I was slightly disappointed in the callous removal portion of the pedicure. Unfortunately, I left with callouses and dried skin on my toes. I do prefer a more 'intense' scrape of my feet though - so that's a me preference. This pedicure was more relaxation based. Thanks Olivia, you were great!

Edit: bumped up to 5 stars because Zen contacted me to make to make things right. Good work.

OMG what an experience. I think I even had a Lil nap. I had a hair treatment and it feels so silky soft and feels like I smell delightful. Such a great girls day or self pampering. Iv already booked my next appointments. This is the luxury I was looking looking for.

Went a few days ago for a big spa reset. I had Bionca give me an essential mani, scalp and skin ritual, 30 min add on massage.
The mani facial and massage were great, but the scalp treatment was Amazing!!! I have mild-med scalp psoriasis and told Bionca, and the catered treatment was perfect! I found the soft bristle brush and the massager to be a really nice way to exfoliate my scalp. If my psoriasis was more severe I would probably ask for gentler exfoliator/brushes. Bionca was great at listening to my needs, catered to me and made me very comfortable. Will be back!
