I have been meeting friends for an annual fishing trip at Corbett Lake in September for almost 30 years. A few years ago we decided to plan a second annual trip in May. This is one of the last great deals! Fantastic fishing, big beautiful Kamloops Rainbow trout. Lots of surface action. Comfortable, clean and well equipped accommodations, friendly helpful folks that run the operation and very reasonable prices. You can’t go wrong visiting Corbett Lake!
I pulled in after camping in the Shuswap for 4 days, and my 2021 bronco with turbo wasn't running right. I was worried I wasn't going to make it home safely to the lower mainland. They were busy, cars in the shop, on the hoist, and sitting outside. But they made time for me, checked out my vehicle, plugged in the scanner, took it for a little drive, while letting us come in the office for some AC, and let my son use the bathroom. They told me what was wrong, but being a specialty part they can't get it right away. They gave me tips and guidance to get home safely, and what to ask the next shop to fix. When I went to pay for be diagnostic fee, they said don't worry about it. Get home safely. 10/10 in my books!
We appreciated that Kal Tire protected our vehicle while tires had to be ordered as we had to continue on to the interior without the car and return 5 days later by bus to retrieve the car, fixed and ready to go.
Very nice dentist and staff, i have extremely high anxiety with the dentist but at merritt dentistry they are kind and do what they can to make everything less stressful

What a GEM!! This store has something for everyone! I thoroughly enjoyed checking out the Christmas ornaments, there must be hundreds! There is a plethora of beautiful, handmade items available as well as beautiful glasses. Definitely a MUST stop if you are in the area!
Brian and his crew are great, highly recommend his services! I had issues with my furnace at home and despite being short staffed, Brian did everything he could to come out and help, just to find a couple of dead birds in the exhaust fan, did not charge me an arm and leg to repair it, which was also very nice. They have been servicing our local business for many years.

I have had 2 services done at the Social Lounge. I had a gel pedicure and henna eyebrows done. The pedicure looks amazing. Amanda and Brandy were wonderful. Thorough and gentle...i'm very ticklish :)
Under Amandas guidance, Brandy did my henna brows. My hair is so fair, you couldn't see my eyebrows. I have never had them done and I was super nervous. They put me at ease and their professionalism shined through. Brandy did such a great job. the colour matches my hair colour and they were shaped beautifully. Big time impressed! Will be a returning client.
