“For anyone on PWD, My Husband and I went in today for eye exams and picked out 2 pairs of frames each. Cost $60 total. The treatment was top notch, every staff member was happy, helpful and it was a pleasant experience. Definitely be the place I go for all my future appointments.“

“What a pleasant, professional experience I had at Iris, first time there for me.
Been having an ongoing eye issue, which the eye doctor there gave me a plan immediately to hopefully solve it! She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to be around…I have been to two different eye specialist in Vancouver resulting in not having a clue what was going on…so that was refreshing!!

“On the whole, a really good experience. Friendly staff, doctor was nice and informative, and the place is clean and generally welcoming. I would have given them 5 stars, except there was nowhere for me to sit comfortably. All the chairs in the waiting area were regular sized with solid arms, which unfortunately, as someone with wide hips due to lipedema, means I can't sit comfortably in them - I have to perch on the edge or tilt and sit on my hip, neither of which is fun. There were chairs I could use in the back of the office, outside the doctor's room, but I was not permitted to use those while waiting nor was I allowed to move one to the front; staff also did not offer the option even after making them aware of the situation.“
