“We recently had a great experience with Rapid Cool. Approximately an hour and a half ago, we encountered an issue with our air conditioning unit. Given the current heat wave and wildfire smoke in our area, we were initially concerned about a potential delay in service. However, Rapid Cool was able to accommodate us within hours. Will from Rapid Cool arrived promptly and demonstrated professionalism and expertise, resolving the issue within minutes. We appreciate their excellent service and professionalism. Thank you so much Rapid Cool, we appreciate you!”

“Eric was great! He showed up on time, communicated clearly, and explained in detail what the issue was. He completed the work quickly and efficiently, and even replaced the shower head for us. We were very pleased with the work and would definitely use Roto-Rooter again for any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend Eric!

Laura, the dispatcher, was also wonderful! She was very friendly and communicated clearly about when we could expect someone to come out and fix our issue. We were able to have someone come within 24 hours of calling, which was great, especially since it was a non-urgent issue.

I also really appreciated how transparent they were about the potential costs upfront. It was reassuring to know what we might expect, and we were pleasantly surprised that the final cost ended up being less than expected.Overall, we were very happy with the service from start to finish!”
