“I was referred to this clinic from my usual vet when my Sphynx had an emergency bowel obstruction. They were able to get her in the same day, just within a couple hours of me calling. They saved her life and she and I will forever be grateful! All the staff were so kind and understanding when I was nervous about leaving her in their care for the emergency visit. They called me immediately if they had any questions about how they should proceed, so I was never left waiting and wondering. I appreciate being given choices in a clear concise way. They come across as highly knowledgeable while still being sympathetic, explaining what they recommend and why. I appreciate them doing extra while she was sedated: checking her all over including checking her teeth to notify me she should have a dental cleaning soon, and they cleaned her ears and trimmed her claws too, which was very nice of them. Their demeanor made me feel I could trust them, and I'm glad I did. I also love that they have books and information out in their clinic about how to feed raw safely. Not many vets endose raw food and it's refreshing to see. I'm so impressed by this clinic, and Katsu and I are forever grateful. We will be back for a regular exam appointment soon (to get those teeth cleaned!)-Taylor“
