“My husband and I recently had to come to Kamloops for medical treatment. I called K-9 to inquire if they would be able to take my two poms for the day. Although they weren’t technically taking in any more daycare clients, Andrea took them in. So far beyond grateful that she did. They had a wonderful day and I was able to go about my day without worrying about them. It’s clear to me that Andrea and her staff care for the dogs in their care as if you had taken them to her home. Thank you seems inadequate Andrea. You’re in a class above!“

“I was so impressed at how gentle in speach and touch Leila was, which kept my young persian cat Sheba calm during her first grooming. I was leary of entrusting my precious cat to a stranger, but after watching her carefully trim her nails, thoroughly eliminate all of her matts and comb out her thick fur in a display of skill that can only be built by strong education and years of experience, my apprehension was replaced by pure trust. I will definitely be taking Sheba back exclusively to Precious Pets.“

“Huge rave to fantastic customer service! Again!
I was in store in the summer. Signed up for a bunch of promos. Got home and saw some of the savi gs were not ac ounted for. I called and was told i would have a credit next time i was over. Well 4 months later i figured they would long since have forgotten. Not chance! $40+ credit! Outstanding staff, pleasant and helpful!

My puppy is not a fan of new people but was very happy when I got there ( I could see her before she saw me) they listened to what I wanted for her look and achieved it perfectly.
