We recently had a great experience with Rapid Cool. Approximately an hour and a half ago, we encountered an issue with our air conditioning unit. Given the current heat wave and wildfire smoke in our area, we were initially concerned about a potential delay in service. However, Rapid Cool was able to accommodate us within hours. Will from Rapid Cool arrived promptly and demonstrated professionalism and expertise, resolving the issue within minutes. We appreciate their excellent service and professionalism. Thank you so much Rapid Cool, we appreciate you!
