We encountered a situation where our floors had to be re-done due to a manufacturer defect with the original product. Neill and his team went above and beyond to work with the manufacturer to have replacement product sourced and installed. Thank you so much for looking after us.
United floors did an amazing job tiling our shower and bathroom floor and baseboards. Ryan the sales rep was very helpful and Sergeg the tiler is a perfectionist. One of our contractors broke two 24x24 floor tiles after installation on the heated floor, our tiler was able to come back in just a couple days and managed to change the tiles without damaging the in floor heating so the reno could be completed. Amazing job, they exceeded expectations.
Ryan at United Floors is great! Customer service was phenomenal. I will always go back to United Floors.
