The girls were kind but they were rough with my hair and destroyed the texture, I don’t think bleach was necessary. I sat in the chair for 5 hours and sadly had to cancel other meetings, but unfortunately I didn’t get what I asked for in the end result. I told the young woman I wasn’t satisfied and she suggested that I come back for a retouch or dye to fix it because it would be cheaper if I payed for that.

As a graduate, it was positive and negative experience. Due to my experience I wouldn’t recommend as a student but I would recommend as a client. The student are amazing and always do there best to provide great service. Tuition is expensive and they did not outline the true amount you were paying for supplies aka 2500$ payment for 600$ in supplies, I was not able to complete any full set with my kit. I’m disheartened paying off a large loan for what I received.They were sometimes accommodating and helpful but they truly did not care about training you. Our second time at the Interior Academy and we were treated great! Very clean salon area, friendly instructors and students. Our haircuts were exactly as we had requested. They offer great deals each month too, which can be found on their Facebook page. We are looking forward to our next appointment there.
