First and foremost, Sara does an amazing job cutting hair. The location is so central and all the staff are impeccable. I really enjoyed my time chatting with her and getting to know how they came to run the shop. Sara does an amazing job and deserves a ton of credit. As someone who's normal barber was booked up, I will be coming here from now on. Amazing visit and ci can't recommend enough.
Edit: my second visit, Continental is hands down the best place for a cut in Kamloops, Sara and her husband are amazing! This is the kinda place where your backup barber goes to get their hair cut (they were in there getting a cut as I left).

No matter which barber you get the quality is always consistent clean fade sharp beard lines best men's haircut every time.
I’ve been cutting my own hair for a few months now and I made an awful mess of my hair. Bibek accommodated me at the last second and he fixed the massive mess I’d made in less than 30 minutes. The haircut was extremely good, fast and he even gave me tips on how to grow it out so it doesn’t get out of hand.
My hair are also very difficult to style but he gave me a few suggestions and they seem to be holding up way better than before
I’ve tried a few barbers in Kamloops and honestly Bibek has been the best hands down. Extremely friendly, very professional and very quick. I highly recommend going to Continental and booking a haircut with him.
