I cannot thank Dr. Fraser and the incredible staff enough for saving the day during a terrifying emergency. I am from out of town—over 800 km away from home and our regular vet—when my Frenchie suffered a sudden, severe neck injury. After calling three other clinics and even being turned away from one while my poor boy was shivering and twitching in extreme pain, this clinic was our saving grace.From my initial phone call to walking through their doors 8 minutes later, the team was compassionate and efficient. My puppy had a eye issue and when i called they made sure she could be seen. They had a spot for her even though i didn't have a appointment. Maple took to tje nurse very fast , i answered some questions about her what i was concerned about . I was very satisfied with the care and treatment they gave my puppy. Definitely well priced. I was very happy with everything. Maple was well taken care of. .
