Really wonderful business to get counters from! Sarah and the rest of the staff were amazing and knowledgeable. The men who came to measure and install were great too! We got exactly what we wanted at a competitive price and with amazing communication and customer service. They are the place to go in Kamloops!

We went to River City to have a small vanity counter top (& sink) made ~ the whole experience was great from start to finish ~ from being promptly greeted by Hallie the second we walked in the door & the boss lady Sarah covering every single detail ~
(bringing our faucet in to measure for the correct hole cutout ~ asking where the counter would be situated so it was polished correctly)

Turn around time was less than 2 weeks 😊

Highly recommend this business ~
5 stars all the way 💯

Sara was a pleasure to deal with as well as the installers.
On time and on budget.
River city counters were SIGNIFICANTLY less than the other quotes we received .
Very pleased.
