Reviews
My air conditioner/furnace stopped working. I called two places (one being IPH) the first, put me in a call back list with an undetermined timeline for said callback. My second call was to IPH, where I spoke with Danielle who was very helpful, suggested a couple basic troubleshooting steps and then had a technician out in under 24 hours! Problem solved quick & efficiently!!
Excellent customer service!
