Friendly service and staff did a nice job removing old cedar shakes and installing asphalt in less than 2 weeks. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves, leaving shockingly few nails behind. The work was completed for the price as agreed up front. Highly recommended. (Advice for any roofing job; ask the roofer to check if the chimney needs maintenance.)
We made the right choice in picking Rio to supply and install a new furnace, heat pump and hot water heater in our house. From our first meeting, it was obvious that owner, Sam knew his stuff and cared about customer service. He explained what product he was recommending and why, also making sure that we would be eligible for the maximum available rebates from the utility company.
Rio's quote came in better than others received, but he also suggested a couple of other add-ins that the others didn't and threw them in at no charge.
Sam and his crew showed up on the scheduled installation date and completed the job on time, all the while being professional and courteous.
I have no reservations in recommending Rio Heating and Cooling.

I brought my elderly (92 years old) mother to Kim's for a haircut before a family event. Kim was a model of efficiency (between hair washing and the cut, it was only a half-hour) and cheerfulness. And she cut my mother's hair beautifully; I gave Kim a picture to work from and the cut was shaped perfectly. My mother was so pleased with the result. We will definitely be returning, and recommend her highly.

I want to start off by saying that I love the art on my nails and I loved that they were extremely gentle. they took care of my cuticles all that type of things but what I would give them is feedback is that it's really important to check with the client for understanding of what I'm looking for and what you're doing because I booked an appointment for hard gel and was very specific about that and as you were like doing things I kept asking about like this is this is gel right and you and you kept telling me yes but in fact it it is gel but it's gel x and then you cut my nails too short where we couldn't proceed with what I actually wanted and it cost me more than what I booked the appointment for which is fine. I know nail art Costa and it looks great and I don't have a problem with that. I tipped you well because I was happy but I just really did want hard gel extensions and if you couldn't fulfill that I should have been told before I came in. but again I would recommend you and I would give you another opportunity to give me the manicure that I actually or the extensions that I actually want.

Had such an amazing experience with Staci. I got a nipple piercing done after having removed my previous ones due to migration. Come to find out I was pierced incorrectly before and even though it has only been a day I can already tell that the healing process will be much better this time. My previous ones did not ever fully heal. Can't wait to get the other one done in a few months. Cannot recommend staci enough. She's so knowledgeable and makes herself available for any questions afterward if there are any concerns. Very happy with my experience this time, as usually I faint and/or throw up with needles (even with vaccines etc) and this piercing gave me just normal dizziness issues but it passed with a little time. First time going here! Open until 9pm on a Tuesday taking walk ins! Got both my nips done, $104 with regular piercing and jewelry. I spent extra to get titanium with opals and it was still so cheap!! They were incredibly friendly and professional, the piercing was fast and very well done. I don't know their name but the person with short pink hair was so great. I will be back. The pricing, service, cleanliness, professionalism and the overall experience was 10/10.

I am renting an Apartment built around 3 years ago and C.I.R Mechanical Ltd was in charge of its plumbing works. My kitchen pull-down hose was leaking and I could not find it anywhere. We wanted to install a smart lock in my condo, but my entrance door had some unusual and old security hardware that was super hard to remove. We first hired a Task Rabbit but he couldn't get the job done, given the complexity to remove the old door hardware (we still had to pay him, so it was just a waste of money).
So we contacted many locksmiths in our area and quoted with them all. Better Lock had the best price and was the only one confident that they would be able to get the job done (some locksmiths even said it wasn't possible).
They came in the next day and voilà: problem solved!
Now I know where to go to for locksmith services.

I am a council member of our Strata. Recently one of our units on the main floor had a water leakage that went out into the hallway and soaked our carpets. We called Incredible Restoration who came out first thing next morning. We had a few technicians over the next 3 working days and every one of them were on time, friendly, ready to explain things and always cleaned up after themselves. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new Vintage Engineered Northern Sawn Select V white oak flooring in the Oracle colour. It looks spectacular in my small condo and has completely transformed the space.
Owner Peter clearly has deep experience and confidence working with wood flooring—his guidance made the process stress-free. The installer Tony was kind, tidy, and respectful of my condo neighbours and building rules. Several neighbours commented on how impressed they were with both his workmanship and his considerate manner. My baseboards were removed and reinstalled to avoid quarter or shoe moldings. Tony is a perfectionist. Not one mark on my wall or baseboards.

They also saved us $$$ by leaving the under padding in place and adding it where we needed it added, they were able to leave all baseboards in place which was also amazing. I wouldn’t wish the stress of a renovation on my worst enemy, but amid the chaos of various contractors not showing up on time, or at all, prices escalating, and grumpy demeanors, Eric was the light in our project. Eric was always on time. Did quality work. Had fair pricing that never changed from one day to the next. My only hesitation in writing this review is he might not be available for my next project. Because yes, he will be the first person I contact regarding my next renovation project.
Had EuroArts redo some bad grout in our master walk-in shower. It was in bad shape with lots of mold due to poor grouting when it was installed. The results were incredible and well beyond what I'd hoped. The quote was basically right on the money. Would highly recommend EuroArts.

Office administration needs some help. BUT, when it came to the actual installation, JEREMY was exceptional. Arrived at 8am sharp and left just before 7pm. The work was outstanding and efficient, even though it was not a standard shower, and had to be reworked to fit the space.

If you live in Burnaby and you have a pest problem look no further than Knockout Pest Control. Ryan has helped me for over 10 years with everything from ants to raccoons and he knows his stuff. He is very thorough. At one house I had squirrels in my attic and while the previous owner had another company block most of the entry points they missed some and Ryan solved the problem and installed a one way door so the squirrels could not get back in once they left. The previous owner used poison and that left a few dead carcasses in the attic. As import as being good is, just as import is being honest. Ryan will only recommend and do what is needed. If there is another trade like a roofer that can fix a problem better than him, he will recommend that - this is being honest and recommending to customers what is best for them. I could not recommend Knockout Pest Control more!

I was going through a terrible lower backache, which limits my mobility then had my very first experience of chiropractic treatment with Dr Lee.
I was hesitant to go as I don’t know what to expect honestly but I’m glad i did because after getting treatment I felt better, I was relieved from the pain. They also do the 15 minute massage with the machine which was exceptionally relaxing.
I highly recommend Dr Lee, he gives you detailed explanations on your condition for better understanding as well as giving advice on which exercises are suitable for your needs.

For context, my dog usually hates getting her toe nails clipped, especially her dew claws. I used to get her nails clipped at a vet clinic by a Dr or Nurse, she would squeel, try and break free and in some cases, try to nip at the groomer. The vet told me it might be a sign that she has arthritis hence the sensitivity...
However, with Sabrina, she was so calm, didnt even tremble or squeel!! She was just as calm in Sabrina's arm when she was whisked away to the back to get her nails trimmed, and still just as calm and chill when she returned. Highly recommend Metro Dogs!! THANK YOU ?
We have brought our dog Rigby here for years! It was recommended to us as our dog is quite anxious. They are so kind, patient and calm. They celebrated small wins with our boy and really made us feel at ease. Rigby always comes out looking clean, sharp and happy. They take their time and are fantastic! Recommend the RMT massage by Minna. Most RMT's do a targeted massage of the affected area only, but Minna was professional and kind enough do a full body massage in addition to the pain points. The tension in my neck/shoulder was relieved after the massage. The front desk staff were very courteous and were able to direct bill to my 2 insurances. They should develop their website to allow for online booking though. Right now it looks like only phone booking is available.

Yesterday, I’ve tried IV booster for the first time to treat my chronic pain. Frankly, I hadn’t expected it’d do much and just wanted to try since it’s covered by my company benefits. But omg, I felt so awake and energetic today. The pain is still there, but my energy level is noticeably different. I strongly recommend trying the IV injection, especially to people who feel tired all the time.

I highly recommend the clinic. I arrived with a lot of low back pain and from the first day, I received excellent care. During some sessions, I experienced considerable improvement. Mrs. Grace was always very attentive and treated me with acupuncture and a lot of respect and affection! I returned later for more treatment and remain extremely satisfied. Juma is an extraordinary teacher. I failed my first test after taking 12 classes with a different instructor as I was not 100% clear with the rules. Ish is an excellent teacher, he is extremely demanding and professional, when you get to the driving test it feels easier than the sessions with ish. I got my license on the first try after taking a five class package. I highly recommend him.

MT is a great driving school. I took classes for class 5 road test with Hung. He is a great instructor with excellent customer service. He was always on time, flexible with my schedule needs and always understanding if I had to cancel or reschedule class due to family circumstances. Highly recommend, passed from first try!
