A hidden gem of a hilltop community, feels cozy and private, yet so close to all the necessary conveniences and attractions of Prescott and surroundings! Quality construction with generous included features within a “family builder” atmosphere, Tracy and Suzanne make you feel “easy at home” while guiding you with confidence.
A home in this location has great potential as a summer home (or more) for my extended family and definitely an excellent long term investment.
Great small community that is going up fast! The whole team at Axberg Homes has been incredibly helpful throughout the home build process - my client is expecting to move in to the community in June.
We visit the property about once a month to check on progress, and whenever we have questions, the team answers quickly.
The layouts are well designed , the included features are generous, and the views are stunning! If you’re looking for new construction close to downtown Prescott, this is the only place to be.
