Recntly I had a leaky outdoor faucet and randomly called Prescott Plumbing. Charlie Gorlick got right on the job and when it turned out that there was no good access to the faucet connection he went the extra mile to fix that situation. He was on time, courteous and did everything necessary to solve my problem. Definitely would recommend him if you need a plumber. Oh and I feel the price was fair as well.

Ben did a wonderful job replacing the water heater, as well as, fixing a serious number of leaks in the heater closet. His professionalism was admirable. His knowledge was awesome which helped to put my concerns at ease. Thank you, Ben.

Charlie came after hours attempting to fix a clog in our apartment. Unfortunately he didn't have the correct tool, so he was unable to fix it. He was unable to come back and fix it as he said he was fully booked. He communicated well and came when he said he would, it's just disappointing he couldn't unclog our main line.
