Sylvan's crew did a gorgeous job with floors, including some complicated stairs where the wood needed to fit flush within metal frames and also fitting the wood tight against cabinets and a waterfall countertop. The company was able to match the same exact Brazilian hardwood from the den to the master bedroom, creating a seamless transition between the two rooms. Sylvan and his crew did an outstanding job tearing out 1800sf of old flooring, installing new floors, and new baseboards in the customer's home. Everything they touched was done with precision and care, and the crew was a delight to have in the home, aiming to please.
Customers praise the crew's craftsmanship, attention to detail, and efficiency. They describe the finished work as amazing and impeccable, with an excellent eye for detail. The team provided excellent guidance on product selection and the installation process.
This is the second time I have used Desert Hardwood Flooring for a wood floor replacement project and they were again delightful to work with. Sylvan (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable regarding the available flooring products and his installers, Chris and Ben, did excellent and efficient work. I highly recommend them.
Sylvan and his team were great to work with. Great customer service, Sylvan was very helpful, came to our home multiple times with wood flooring samples. His installation crew were great, communicated with us throughout the install process as we were out of town when they started the project. Once installed they did a great job of cleaning up, you would never know they were even here! Thanks again!
Only the best quality here, (product and the people). We will work with them again. Desert Hardwood Flooring was dedicated to craftsmanship, quality, and reliability offering sales and installation of hardwood and laminate flooring for our home. Thank you folks!
