Great service!! PS Electric wired my house when it was built in 2022 so when we suddenly lost power in the outlets in two rooms they were my first call. I called on a Monday afternoon and they answered the phone promptly and courteously. They put me on the schedule for first thing Wednesday morning. The next morning (Tuesday) I got a call saying they had a supervisor in my area if I was available for them to drop by. Wade was here in ten minutes and had the problem fixed twenty minutes after that. It was a simple fix and he left with a smile, a handshake, and NO CHARGE. I was floored. They will definitely be my go-to electricians.
I just want to share a positive review about PS electric. I just had a custom home built, and my contractor used PS for the wiring of the house. During the process, I had a chance to interact with several of the technicians and found them great guys to work with. We are just working through a couple items on a punchiest items and had one of their service technicians come out. His name was Jayce. he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in resolving the issues that we had which I will know had nothing to do with the wiring that had been done previously it was to do with the ceiling fans that had been installed and had some issues which are now resolved.
