Christena is a gifted teacher! She is exceptionally trained and passes along her extensive knowledge while she’s teaching. She also knows how to stretch her students but not beyond their ability. I feel like she’s advanced my practice in a very short time. So grateful. Highly recommend!

I love The Yoga Room and Kathy is a wonderful and joyful teacher. Her MELT classes have helped my knees and wrists tremendously and both her gentle and Sivinanda yoga classes are amazing. Whether you have taken yoga before or not, you will benefit and enjoy your experience at The Yoga Room.
