“My washer machine has a locking lid (it's a Speed Queen) and I purchased it because nothing is made like my old Kemore washer of 20 plus years. Here I thought I had a warranty with the people I purchased the machine from in Phoenix and they had fixed it once before at the very beginning. When I called I found out that they farm these warranties out to local businesses (the first time they came from Phoenix), but not anymore. I had to choose between three businesses. I knew the previous owner of the Maytag store in Prescott, AZ, but I didn't know the current owner, so I took a chance. I based my Choice on the reviews from Yelp. They got me in their schedule in less the four days and the competition could not do that. I recommend them!“
