Namaste,I find life's best gifts come when I least expect them. I was lucky enough to be in Prescott when my internal need to be centered with another yogini got me to call.It was 11/11/22 how fortuitous? Christena was as you might expect, welcoming and kind. There was a lovely connection right away.Our time together offered a safe space for me.When I left I got to take a centered healing energy with me. I had the honor of taking a private class with Christena and it was fantastic! She brought essential oils, Palo Santo, and just what I needed to get my day started with a beautiful vinyasa flow. As a yoga instructor myself I was in awe of her knowledge of the breath/body connection. I look forward to my next class!!
