I began having problems with my knees 5 or 6 years ago. I had been given some PT exercises which had helped, but not enough. I was in pretty constant pain, and there were activities that I'd all but given up. Many of my friends had had knee replacement surgeries, but that wasn't an option for me. I also had noted that everyone I knew that had undergone the surgery had varying degrees of continued discomfort. Even with the more successful surgeries, the results did not last and repeat surgeries were needed. I saw an ad for Dr. Nelson's knee program and I decided this was the way I wanted to go.
