He had a calm demeanor and helpful attitude, even went an extra step to help jump vehicle that was sitting for awhile. Had to move that first to get to the the sewage caps to take off. “I strongly recommend Leo's Prescott AC & Heating repair. Our furnace went out about 7 or 8 years back on New Year's Day. He came out the next day and got our heat back in short order. We had a burned out circuit board and had the wrong thermostat for our unit.
A few years ago we started losing refrigerant in our AC, he used a new product that charged the refrigerant and had a sealer to stop small leaks in the system. That worked until this year when we were out of town for a couple of weeks with our AC was running and ran low on refrigerant. We returned home to a burned out compressor.
Leo came over and diagnosed the problem. After discussing options, he replaced our outside unit and put a new cooling coil and circuitry inside our attic unit. It is now working great. He let us borrow portable air conditioners to use until he could get parts and schedule the work.
Leo and Brenda are honest, hard working, and do their best to satisfy their customers needs. Their charges are very reasonable for their services.
I used to install and repair HVAC years ago. Now that everything is digital, I don't have the equipment or knowledge that Leo does. I very much respect his experience and expertise.“
