Alejandro came by first and did the full inspection of the roof he made sure to take pictures to show me everything that was happening and all damages that concerned him he was very friendly he made sure I understood the next steps of the process. Within one week I chose shingles. The shingles were delivered timely, within 2 business days. I then received a call from Caleb that the crew could be there today if that was ok. Caleb checked in to discuss the process and what would happen next he also checked the roof out after the install to verify the install was done fully. Once the roofing crew was on sight Jose made a point to introduce himself and was very professional in communicating the details of next steps and etc. The crew placed plastic around the entire premises and finished my roof from start to finish in 1 1/2 days. A few months later I reached back out and said I was ready, they were out the next day to put the underlayment , as soon as my plumber was finished running his vents I gave them a call that it was ready for shingles(Thursday of labor day weekend) I went out of town thinking they would get to it the following week, I came back Monday to discover it was finished.
