Turney Weight Loss & Med Spa
“What gem in our own town. I absolutely love Turney Med spa. Female owned, RN Tammy is the best in Prescott. She's one of a kind in experience, knowledge and product delivery. Her staff is an extention of her - they love what they do. I love going there and won't go anywhere else. If your considering weight loss, cosmetic changes, vitamin shots...this is the place to go. I also get the products to use at home. She uses great products and has exceptional bulk pricing. With med spas by the dozens in our town, Turneys is the only one I trust my wellbeing with!!”
