“The staff at Stanton Optical in West Allis exceeded my expectations. After bad experiences, I was apprehensive about taking my son back to the store. This time, Manny helped us and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was different. He was professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly. Manny also answered all our questions without making us feel like a bother. He even apologized several times for the poor service from the previous staff. “I went to Eye Care Specialists in West Allis ...turned out to be a five-star appointment !! Starting with the front desk, with Laura, polite ,professional knowledgeable... and then Leigh who actually did the check up on me...again very thorough,very professional... and then Kathy who did the dilation for me, another professional on the job.. super sweet..then Dr. Rhodes great doctor! great bedside manner.. very comfortable with him..and Amber his assistant logging all the notes from the Dr.Rhodes...super professional... I can't say enough about what a nice thorough examination I got !
