“I had a great experience from start to finish! This was my first eye exam in over 10 years, and everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The entire process was smooth and comfortable.
A huge shoutout to Kevin, who helped me pick out the perfect frames! Rather than just pointing me toward a few options, he really took the time to educate me on what to look for. He explained what the different numbers on the frames mean, how my face shape affects which styles look best, what to look and feel for to ensure a proper fit, and even the differences between metal and plastic frames.
I especially appreciated that he helped me find frames that actually complemented my face without looking out of place. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I walked away not only with frames I felt confident wearing, but also a much better understanding of how to choose glasses in the future.
