I am visiting my daughter in Whitefish Bay for the winter. I live in northern Wisconsin and had problems with one of my eyeglasses’s lens . The store up there had ordered new lens but had not arrived by the time we came down here. They did mail the new lens to me and I brought it to Wisconsin Vision. They quickly replaced the lens. Wow, wow, and wow! I walked into the Shorewood location because a temple on my son’s reading glasses needed to be tightened before he got on a flight. Stephanie quickly and efficiently corrected the loose temple and cleaned the lenses. She then asked me to wait a minute. She left and promptly returned to the front desk with a pair of reading glasses in the correct strength so my son would have an extra pair. I offered to pay for the service and the glasses, but she assured me that both were gratis. Needless to say, I was both stunned and appreciative! Thank you the Stephanie and Wisconsin Vision!! I will definitely be returning as a paying customer.
Just got home from my first visit to the Shorewood location. Dr. Curtis was upbeat and energetic. He was thorough and answered all of my questions.
Cheryl helped me pick a pair of glasses frames and answered questions I didn’t even know I should have. She really knows her stuff. I mean REALLY knows, just what I needed to make all the decisions to get the best vision possible for my needs.
