The employee who greets you is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My appointments always start on time. Dr. Heinecke takes time to explain the different aspects of your eye health. I have been a client of Dr. Heinecke's for many years and I don't go anywhere else for contact lenses and glasses.
i have been seeing dr heinecke for years. he and his staff are always very kind and welcoming when i come in for contacts and glasses. he will give me samples of things (like contacts, eye drops, contact solution) every time i visit and the staff always help with understanding my insurance and budget. they do not send me any type of spam calls or emails either which is excellent.very convenient location inside target, near by the pharmacy.
Dr. Heinecke is great to work with and is very helpful with answering any questions I had. Gets high props from my family that goes to him too. He makes sure that if you don’t understand, he finds another way to word it. The staff that was sitting at the front desk was very helpful in the hunt for new frames and great feedback.
