I am getting cataract surgery and the Doctor told me that I probably won't need glasses except for reading glasses after the surgery. The woman who did the eye exam had to do it Three times because I have a drooping eye lid. She wanted to make sure the the Doctor had the clearest picture for the surgery. The second time she used scotch tape and the third time she had another person hold my lid up. The building is large with about 20 exam rooms. There was a constant flow of people all the time.

I was just seen for my annual eye exam, diabetic retinopathy test, glaucoma test and cataract test. I have never had such a thorough eye exam with highly professional staff. Although they don't make glasses or contacts, since they are more of an eye care medical facility, they do give you a prescription to get your glasses or contacts made wherever you choose.
Due to the array of tests that were performed, I found out I have two eye conditions due to my diabetes and require eye surgery. They explained the procedures to me and gave me a brochure explaining the procedures in further detail, along with costs.
