My family will not be going elsewhere ever again. Shopping for new glasses with the staff was more than unique and fun. “Today was my first time at Wisconsin Vision. I was able to book an immediate appointment 2 days ago. My vision has drastically changed the last few months and was concerned and needed a place that could help me as soon as possible. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped. Tracy was amazing and walked and talked me through everything. She was not only extremely knowledgeable but also very pleasant. I was not rushed during the test, the exam or the fittings. The Dr was also great and explained what to expect with the new trial contacts and glasses. With the vision change all of a sudden it would take a few days to get use too. I know I'm off to a good start if I can actually do this review without struggling! Thanks for be thorough , friendly and professional. “I started experiencing headaches and issues with my vision following a car accident. I got a recommendation from my eye doc to come here. I've been working with Brian at this location for a few months now. I have been noticing a positive difference in doing the various exercises. I genuinely appreciate his candor and knowledge. He's taught me a lot about how eyes actually work.I'm possibly one of the few adults receiving services here currently. I think that it's cute the have a prize section for the kids and a snack section (some for purchase). I've also been able to witness a few graduations. Everyone I have encountered here is helpful and friendly.The location is easy to find. They are on the second floor. The entrance is on the south side of the building. Park in any uncovered spot.“

“I am writing this review because of the great customer service that I received From Emma and Anna. Finding prescription safety frames that fit me comfortably was really difficult. I had been to multiple places (over seven) and none of them had anything that fits. let me say my current frame size is 68-18-125 the Wiley X Boss. I was getting really discouraged as I had a time frame from my job to get safety glasses. They ordered the frames an filled my prescription. It took a few tries to get my lenses made correctly, but well worth the wait. I don't write a lot of reviews, but when I do, I would have experienced really bad customer service or really great customer service. This was definitely Great Customer Service. This was the first place that I had been too that had at least several frames that fit me. I definitely will be going back.Emma and Anna,Thank you both for the great customer service.“
