They provide affordable, high-quality eye care and eyewear for patients of all ages, accepting various vision insurance plans and offering financing options. Their stores feature a wide range of designer and private label frames for men, women, and kids, as well as prescription safety glasses. Licensed optometrists perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and treat eye problems, and prescribe corrective lenses. The company is known for its exceptional customer service, with staff members like Sharisha and Dr. Irvine receiving high praise for their professionalism, expertise, and friendly care.
Eye exam was very thorough and Dr Irvine explained all the steps and the results very clearly. Aideliz was great glass wear assistant- polite, helpful (myself and Latino customers that walked in during my visit), good style/look feedback. Some diffential from online exam (minimal description) pricing and final bill.
I want to give a big shoutout to Alyssa at Wisconsin Vision on Miller Pkwy!!! Thank you so much for your expertise and patience! She helped guide me through the store, explained the process and helped me to find the perfect frames! I look forward to picking up my prescription glasses soon. I will definitely be back because 1 pair a year is not enough. A girl must have options!😊
Alyssa was the person who picked up the phone when I called to ask about getting my glasses fixed for free. She fixed one of the nose pads that broke off. Amazing and quick service. Will be back.
