Lisa was amazing . Helped me narrow down my selection and took her time to explain everything to me . Very professional and made sure I left with the glasses I really liked and fit my face . Explained everything throughly . I would recommend her to anyone looking for eyewear thank you Lisa :)
On December 26, 2025, I went to the store to have my son's glasses repaired. This is not the place that I got it from. I don’t want to name the store where I got my son's glasses, but he accidentally broke them at School. He was missing a screw, so I took it back to the place where I bought it! They couldn’t even fix his glasses so I came to Wisconsin Vision and I asked the lady how much they would charge me to get them fixed. The lady took my son's glasses in the back and fixed them, and came back out. I went to give her my debit card and she said no charge! I said thank you, Now I will be back here soon to get my son another pair of glasses that he liked from here

I stopped by here to get the pads of my glasses adjusted. Extremely welcoming, I only wish I'd gotten the name of the woman who helped me out. She was a gem! Definitely encourage anyone to do their business here!
