The Dr was kind, thorough, funny and listened to my concerns about my eyesight. When I placed my order for my new eyeglasses and contacts, the woman who helped me was very knowledgeable on the insurance and billing part.
Richie was a great optical assistant (I think that’s the name of his position?) and took his time to explain everything. And then Anita helped me find a frame that satisfied my style and budget needs! Very clean facility and streamlined experience.
The visit to your remodeled store was outstanding. I appreciated the new eye evaluation process and felt well taken care of.Anita helpful in doing the final check and processing my order. Thank you!
