iv been to 3 different MyEyeDr's and this one has been the best the employees were polite Patient and professional even with expetoly Joel he was very Patient with me i forgot about the copay being due same day and had 1 card decline, 1 pay a few dollars amnd the Patiently waited for me to figure out anther card luckily the 3rd card took the rest
My Eye Dr. is my Go to for eye care needs . The staff is always friendly and takes good care of me . Joel who helps with your decision making for new or old specs is his forte , he is worth while, I always enjoy his ideas and suggestions and he even makes great food suggestions if you decide to take a trip into the Mall across the street. Dr. Cook's exam was thorough and our conversation was pleasant. I really appreciated Joel sharing his honest opinion about the glasses I was debating between. He also took the time to discuss the available promotions. Amazing deal of $325 for an exam, annual supply of weekly contacts, and non-prescription sunglasses without vision insurance!
