Have been going to WV for over 25 years with good results, however, my most recent visit to WV was the best experience ever. Went in for new frames and lenses after cataract surgery. I was helped by Radar and she was so helpful and knowledgable. She checked various ways to get the best price and listened to what I said about being light sensitive and suggested a tint for me. She also helped pick frames out for me-never has this happened before! Radar is the best. We need more Radar’s in this world. Sheldon was awesome too when I picked up my glasses and he adjusted them for me. I love his happy personality.
My wife and I had been to another optical store and we were very unhappy with the service we had received at the other store. We walked into the Elm Grove location of Wisconsin Vision and were immediately greeted by a young lady named Ashton who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. My wife was having trouble finding a pair of frames she liked, and Ashton suggested a few pairs based on my wife’s thoughts and preferences and within just a few minutes, we had frames that my wife absolutely loved and were completely taken care of and out of the store within probably 20 to 30 minutes. Excellent service very friendly staff. Tonya L was filling in from another store & was super helpful navigating my tricky insurance issue and getting my glassed fitted properly.
