Today was my first time at Wisconsin Vision. I was able to book an immediate appointment 2 days ago. My vision has drastically changed the last few months and was concerned and needed a place that could help me as soon as possible. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped. Tracy was amazing and walked and talked me through everything. She was not only extremely knowledgeable but also very pleasant. I was not rushed during the test, the exam or the fittings. The Dr was also great and explained what to expect with the new trial contacts and glasses. With the vision change all of a sudden it would take a few days to get use too. Love this place. Very warm and friendly feeling. Everyone I talked to was very nice and informative. Tracy Lopez was a very friendly and kind person. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and knowledgeable of the products.

I always have a great experience here! They are always quick and polite when adjusting my glasses. When getting my own exam I mentioned some vision concerns I had with my 5yr old, they got her set up with an appointment to address the concerns quickly. Tracy is wonderful, loves helping you pick a good pair of frames to fit your vibe. She’s the best! I’ve worn glasses since I was a child, been to a lot of eye doctors, this Wisconsin Vision is the best!
